For what i know is they said that only selling for developer staff, the lower units is different decoration design compare to upper units.

I actually did visit all the project nearby, all of that is leasehold and small units, but just only this project in that area has up to 1271 sft, thats why i would think about it to take 1019sft, compare with PJ area location is near, but the price is more 200 to 300k.

For a project that beside LRT station i think the price still reasonable, since my friend has bought an unit in eve suites, the occupancy and rental price rate is quite good.
