How much milk u feed him? Latch?
Newborn milk should be very very little only.
Feed less but frequent. Normal to cry for milk every hour.

Not sure if doctor can do anything. Good luck bro. Take care.
I would only sleep him in carry mode. Sacrifice a bit lo as parent

let baby decide how much to drink. not by measure. as he is premy, digestive system may not fully develop. dont think doc can prescribe any med. even have med also risky. the reflux is his natural way of defence to keep alive.

suggest not to do formula and fully latch if possible. latch more frequently.
during latching if baby unlatch and cry, maybe could be cannot breath. checked nose? or other factor? too hot? too cold? diaper?

disagree on pacifier.. suck in more air and tummy bloated later.
