I've decided to start working out in an effort to gain weight. At the moment I'm only weight 54kg with 175cm.
Fingers crossed that I will hit 60kg in a few months!
I have just bought Appeton Weight gain recently.
So would like to ask if there is any good advise on workout (how many reps per day etc) for starters like me?
As I am only doing work out at home for the time being,
before going gym in coming months after saving some money.
