May I know when do you think to change baby mattress? 2years or less?

by baby mattress, i believe you're referring to the one on baby cot right? if yes, i am not sure if you need to change at all. Unless you're saying it's dirty.

Oops sorry. What I mean is when baby hit 2years old, do we change to other mattress to suit her age?

depends on baby's height, if u r using baby cot, if the cot no more space for bb's to grow (Head to feet), then u got to change to a longer one.
