Glad to know this! I actually work in cbj but never really explore the roads. Only know go ofc, go home, go lunch. Lunch also only 2-3 place 😁😁

Ok bit disappointed with the size. I hope the layout doesnt disappoint. ROT’s layout for one of the type really waste of space at first floor.

Could hv been a family area at that white void area for type A intermediate. But probably can pay more to make it an actual space i dont know didnt ask further after seeing this layout

for me, it's cool cos abit special, and also more airy....just not sure if there are windows at the top (of the void) for the sunlight...

logically and design-wise, it should have windows at the roof of the void...for the air and sunshine....

Same issue with IOB-isle of botanical atyca type.
Void area 1st floor, no extra room ground floor.
But the agent told us we can pay extra and developer can add extra room, and void area can convert to family area. I think add extra 20k? Forgot already

Yup, it will create grand feeling when u sit at the living hall, because of the extra height of the ceiling. I think, that is the signature design for eco/symphony hills

just need to confirm if the roof of the void area will have windows for the air and sunlight....probably facing backwards, as from the front scale house, i cannot see any indication of windows at the roof...

any idea boss?

Not true. Cold air denser than hot air. So u still basically cover the same area downstairs doesn't matter how high the ceiling is.
