Just to let you guys know that stomach ulcer can cause bleeding in stomach. You become low in Hemoglobin and die from it. You might thought you look pale due to food poisoning. But you continue to lose blood due to bleeding in stomach and die from it. You will probably die in sleep due to multiple organ shutdown.
