i been go to interview in 29/1/2019. it's has been two weeks, but the HR no contact me, i dont know it might takes 3 weeks time or not? it's possible for me to contact the person?

No harm in asking politely. But via official email is best. But I think it's better you forget it and move on assuming you failed the interview. 3 weeks is too long already.

But the people who asked me for interview is using whatsapp not email, if not included Chinese New Year holiday just 2 weeks only

You can call or e-mail them if you are really interested in this job. Otherwise, just move on and consider this a lost case.

If this is something that does not give you a red flag, then you can ask politely via Whatsapp. Wish her a Happy Chinese New Year and ask her for the status of your application.

Yes you can whatsapp, i will always whatsapp them to ask result whenever i go for an interview because sometimes they are busy and unable to pick up your call.

3 weeks is fine i guess. LAst time i receive the offer 3 weeks after the interview. I called the HR ppl on the second week, but he's not around that time.

1st time i heard of using whatsapp to find out the interview result.
Is it a big corporate company or just some small company like a shoplot type?

That company is big company, he suppose inform me whether I be shortlisted or not
