my grab account got suspended. I tried to call them, they said due to high cancellation.

is it possible to reactivate back my grab account ?

suspend or banned? Suspend usually temporary, ban then forever

it said " your account is suspended" but when i called them they said your account is banned.

If suspended, just wait for few days. If banned, it's a good lesson for you. Next time do not play around. Use other EHaling app or taxi.

Grab CS is hopeless and u won't get concrete answer for sure. And i'm sure u DID NOT cancel 1 ride, for sure many rides in the past that cause the ban/suspension. We as driver do not like your type of attitude because wasting our time and petrol.

And on the other side what makes u think when u cancelled your booking it will be faster? Your booking by default is assigned to the nearest driver, when cancelled it would go to the next nearest driver which is further a bit, this is claimed by Grab yaaaa not me , so u memang dungu, fast fast go make a big fuss at their office is your best chance, and a friendly reminder the office is full of Grab drivers and FYI we don't like your kind
