I know MacFood Sdn Bhd use to make the patty for McDonald Msia but not use pollock.

When restorans label
- white fish
- or no name at all
Its usually pangasius.

Hypermarkets label as sole but i saw the big box they take out the packages from labelled pangasius.

For Msia and Singapore market, think they are using Macruronus novaezelandiae aka Hoki from New Zealand.
