What type of breakfast do you eat if you are having high blood pressure ?
Anybody here can give me some advice on the best food to eat everyday for breakfast .. Nasi lemak ok or i should avoid it . |

My mom eats oats in the morning. Do your workout on an empty stomach and eat up oats after. You need sweat to reduce the amount of sodium in your body.
