What type of breakfast do you eat if you are having high blood pressure ?

Anybody here can give me some advice on the best food to eat everyday for breakfast ..

Nasi lemak ok or i should avoid it . sweat.gif

My mom eats oats in the morning. Do your workout on an empty stomach and eat up oats after. You need sweat to reduce the amount of sodium in your body.

my friend has the same problem like you, saw him every day drink healthy meal shake to replace his usual breakfast like mee goreng, nasi lemak and etc

currently im taking medicine thats why i want to know what good breakfast to eat . very worried sad.gif

Actually u can try to drink lemon juice + apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning...
Use half lemon n squeeze the the juice n add 2 tbs of acv to 300-400ml of water....
Drink it first thing after u wake up n dont eat/drink anything for 1 hr....
Can lower your bp n waistline ....u can notice it about 1-2 weeks later....

Try roll oats for breakfast, add bit of milk and some simple fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
