Hi everyone, I would like your suggestion whether I should do annual health check up or such? For myself and wife, our age around 30.

Wtf with all the health screen do ecg, chest X-ray, ultrasound for what????

No proper indication to do those for a basic health check.
And tumor markers are not suitable for health check.

I suggest go to a doctor you trust and he will customize a simple blood and urine test for you. And additional test if your symptom or history of if needed.

Rather than a health screen, you guys want to know what will help all them doctors (that are not trying to rip your money off)?

Keep a health diary (can Google wan).

And no, Facebook is not a health diary.

nice..should do because you want to take care of your health..both ppl up there stop being ridiculous la, tumor markers are not suitable for health check? who taught u?

can go to BP Healthcare or pathlab...and Pathlab always has promo and good female health screen packages.

and using your blood only they can do certain tumor marker test..

I do yearly blood test at pathlab. they always have promotion so not really expensive so ok la.
