The P for a motorcycle is no different from that of a P for motorcar, both are allowed to take passengers up to the limit specified in the JPJ registration (card) of the vehicle/motorcycle. The P actually denotes Provisional with conditions that may deny you a regular driving license if not fulfilled within the P license period (2 years).
