I think all units at The Binjai On The Park have guaranteed, unobstructed view of Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park. It’s the only development with such assurance as it is the only condominium within the KLCC Masterplan being developed by KLCC Holdings itself. The view is there to stay.

Unlike surrounding developments like Troika, Oval etc those who paid large premium for the Twin Towers view are going mad watching their view disappear bit by bit everyday by another skyscraper blocking (Fairmont Hotel if I recall correctly).

Hence, when other developments like Troika’s price has dropped recently to as low as 1000psf (which is lower than their launch price), prices of units at The Binjai On The Park remains strong and stable. Most of the owners of TBOTP are also very prominent people, the developer made clear in the beginning that one needs to be invited to purchase a unit there. In other words having a lot of money doesn’t guarantee you may own a unit there. Of course this may have changed now but the strong price ensures only those select few can make this their home.

I would define the best view as being able to see both towers next to each with the bridge clearly in between together with the park below. All units in The Binjai have this just matter whether it is visible from inside the unit or one needs go stand at the balcony.

Wont block, the new tower is positioned away from the twin towers towards the Four Seasons side.

By the way the new tower is also designed by Cesar Pelli the petronas twin towers architect who just passed away FYI
