I wash my plastic water container/bottle like one or two weeks once. I notice that the bottom of the container/bottle is kinda oily.
Not that type of oil for cooking that require detergent to wash. I can put some water and rub abit and it's all smooth.
But I'm not sure if there's anything I need to worry about this, especially when I have habit of storing water up to weeks and still drink from the container/bottle. Or do I have to wash the container/bottle often like few days once to avoid this?

Better change your water bottle. It's mold and it's very hard to remove.
In the future, you need to wash your bottle every so often with soap to prevent buildup.
