Thanks for the recommendations! Yes, just encounter that "trick" of calling agent of the property & mentioned sold out and proposed another unit. He was very forceful of me to view the unit that i'm keen on. But, i cut off with that agent & called another agent who has the same name as me lol, coincidence much? After explaining the procedures & loan eligibilities. Will view the unit soon.
