Smart vol to loud, and crystalizer set to about 90. Everything else is set off on my laptop. Surround makes it sound weird and bass does nothing

Okay, thanks for the tips! Btw, just got my selenite today and try to play Dota 2 on full setting (RTX 2060). The fps is running at 100-120 and the cpu temperature is at 80 celcius, the fans is quite loud for me. Should I perform any undervolt?

Any sifu can teach me step by step on how to undervolt by using BIOS? New kaki here and wish to reduce the thermal and fan noise while gaming. 😬

your selenite most likely come undervolted out of the box to a max -50mV in bios already. the new bios does not allow anything more than -50mV so you cant do much at all with it. you need throttlestop or intel XTU to undervolt further. just go to youtube and search for undervolt intel cpu. there are many guides out there, there are all pretty much the same.

Undervolt is really luck dependant. some can get a massive undervolt, over -150mV, some can do only -50mV. so it's all silicon lottery.

My Window Logo button is not functioning when I pressed it, anyone know what is the issue? Or maybe did I accidentally disable it?

Hi storytellerz, have you tried toggling the Windows key functionality on your laptop by pressing FN+F2? The function might be accidentally disabled previously, quite normal for many users  laugh.gif
