How to fix loose hinge?, but it's on hollow alu frame

Hi guys after many years the hinges for my glass door @ bathroom is very very loose, i tried to tighten the screw, but bigger/longer/wider screw thread/etc screw but eventually it will loose and the headache part is, the hinges was on aluminium frame (i assume) and inside is hollow so no way i can put a wall plug to hold (refer to the pic)
any idea how can i fix this ar? thanks in advance

you need to use rivet or expanding screw. rivet is easier but need to buy tool. mr diy got.

yes its strong enough. probably stronger than screw but the weak point is the alu frame thickness. if there is chance to insert wood piece into the alu frame and use screw, i would take it.
to undo, just use hss drill bit to drill through the rivet. its made of aluminium too.

Temporary solution, in case the screw hole is the problem. Insert toothpick (the wooden/bamboo type) and rescrew. Will stay fastened for quite a while.
Done this many times.
