which part is underexposed? i know it looks dark but i can't push it any further without clipping highlights.

wb always go whacko when i shoot one colors, esp red n yellow. partly why i shoot raw.

what has aperture got to do with exposure?

looks nicer but it does have blown out hightlights in it. maybe i'm being too cautious with my pp?

With spot metering... Which part of the flower you meter?

i usually meter the brightest spot, then +1 to 2 EV it's not easy to do having only 5 af points. compmac makes sense tht matrix might be d way to go.
