Steering rack bushing , or maybe tie rod end or ball joint? Can check by moving the parts to see if thr is movement . Ball joing and tie rod end can check by holding the wheel and trying to move it while the car is jacked

You may try rotating the tyres and placing the better rims on the front first, then try on wheel balancing which is balancing the tyre while it is still attached to the car.

If steering wheel still vibrates, check the disk brake... it could be warped... or not truly 100% tighten. Skimming the disk will remove the warping, and if is not 100% tighten, it can be spotted when the disk is being skimed.

I'm not sure for Wira but I know for Axia you drive at 110/120 km/h, vibration can be felt while at lower speed no vibration

It's probably drive shaft. What you can try is do on-wheel balancing as that would also help balance the whole rotating parts (not just wheels and tires) so it might reduce or eliminate the vibration.
