yes, that is because the boom bust cycle is built into the system, 2008 based on 10 years cycle, it should be 2017 or 18, but it doesn't happened don't mean it won't happen in 2019, everything that involved with money, there is a risk. it is your risk appetite factor you need to considers, no one can predict economic futures, e.g no formula that can model stock price, no formula that can model fx pairs. this makes people take a bet on this market, same as housing market, it is a bet. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

You join Platinum then you can know your platinum circle members... most of them are rich peoples.. if you mix with rich people, you know how is their mindset.. whether u hold 5 properties or not doesn't matter... you learn more knowledge when in Platinum level... sometimes AW will give tips on where to buy those good property... I think gold member already got this feature... Besides that, you can ask their other teacher on your current situation regarding property including loan (they got their own housing loan mortgage specialist).. brows.gif

To the rich, kv property is not the only investment opportunity available and they don't need loan compression.
