Don’t think I can and wouldn’t risk it if the location and prospect doesn’t look promising. Mr DIY next door, banks and mall across the road, I don’t know, i think the place looks promising in the long run. Q

is your price fair at current market? 900k is not the yardstick to be honest.

you shouldn't mixed up what you have in bank and what you want to buy in property. they are two different scenario.

to buy property you should try to maximize other people money for your benefit.


what you have in your bank is your personal wealth. it will help in your bank assessment for your loan..

Only touch the thing of investment once u are really sure about.
Share market. Do alot and a lot home work, but only buy it during correct timing. Personal opinion. No suggestion for anyone else.
