Go for Mous case. Won't regret

Make sure you updated your iPhone to latest version.

1) Go to Settings
2) Go to Mobile Data
3) Tap on Add Data Plan

Mine is Maxis set too. Got the Add Data Plan option.

U can try this.

1) Install beta profile. I am on iOS 12.3 beta. Go to beta.apple.com and enroll your phone.

2) Download Yoodo app from App Store. Try to add esim. Dun complete the process. See it the option appears.

You got the set from Maxis and u wanna get a Maxis eSim? Y ah?

My maxis set ok.

I know might be a dumb question but your phone is activated and currently using maxis sim?

Meaning the phone is currently in use with a maxis SIM card? 1) If yes then if should b there the option, if no then pls put in a maxis SIM card n enable mobile data.

2) Go to Settings > General > About and see if there are any update from telco to install.

Try and see. Besides that can’t see any other way.

I went over to Maxis and got it changed. Quite fast. Went to Maxis Centre at The Gardens. Very friendly and helpful.

Also got myself on Maxis Fibre and now I am unlimited on all.

I got such problem. I am on Maxis eSim. Dunno is it eSim prob.

Then yesterday updated to beta. Will try Waze later to see how.

But now I face a big prob, no one can call me. All calls go straight to voicemail.

I got my XS Max via Maxis Zerolution. No issue.

I port over from UMobile. No need up front. Just submit my 3 month bills and payment proof.
