QUOTE(attw @ Feb 23 2019, 02:39 PM) Yeah, that’s the flexibility of having physical sim cards. Not sure when other phone makers will start adopting this. Samsung’s latest S10 doesn’t. I wonder if any other Android phone launching during next week’s MWC will support eSIM. Some of Xiaomi”s existing phones already supporting now via the e-linking app which is using Celcom’s network.

QUOTE(attw @ Feb 23 2019, 08:39 PM) Ya, I think there was an article about this sometime back. Was it the Durian Man eSIM or something? I remember the durians... Haha correct but changed name already. Using it on my Pocophone now. Not many people know about it until it was announced by Xiaomi that some of their phones already secretly have esim capability.

QUOTE(Ernest90 @ Feb 24 2019, 11:47 AM) FYI... esim able to change at certain maxis center only. It should be as easy as using an app to configure the e-sim on your phone. It will be a hassle if you need to go to the shop to do it and defeats the purpose of having this feature.
