Above post is mine, posted on thread v4. Here is the update, i got back my phone with only replace my display but not a new phone, Im not satisfied with this...I paid so much on this phone and used it for 8 days, now i got a repaired phone!!! Anyone facing problem like this?  Where can i bring up this problem? Else need to wash their customer service😓😓,  my cousin in US bought XR for two weeks then refund for no reason, why not in malaysia? Even huawei service are better. So disappointed!
