For the questions that T&L buyers here, our phones are serviceable in Malaysia.

But, my first impression of T&L warranty support is not good.

If you want the dual physical sim need to claim from T&L.

Maccity gives out replacement, will downgrade your dual physical sim to single sim+eSIM

Push T&L for warranty claim. They have an office in KL.
