Here is the update, i got back my phone with only replace my display but not a new phone, Im not satisfied with this...I paid so much on this phone and used it for 8 days, now i got a repaired phone!!! Anyone facing problem like this? Where can i bring up this problem? Else need to wash their customer service๐๐, my cousin in US bought XR for two weeks then refund for no reason, why not in malaysia? Even huawei service are better. So disappointed!

maxis set am not sure... but they have done their part for u, only thing you can blame is unlucky for lemon phone.
a replacement phone is not a new phone also... most of it is refurbished phone...
