Here is the update, i got back my phone with only replace my display but not a new phone, Im not satisfied with this...I paid so much on this phone and used it for 8 days, now i got a repaired phone!!! Anyone facing problem like this? Where can i bring up this problem? Else need to wash their customer service😓😓, my cousin in US bought XR for two weeks then refund for no reason, why not in malaysia? Even huawei service are better. So disappointed!
Mine when there’s a problem with auto reboot after using it for 3 months, I talked to Apple customer service and asked me to bring my phone to IT World, after one day they called me to collect my phone and told me they can’t fix my phone so they replace it with new phone.
