Tried with my wife’s XS Max using single SIM, maxis: -

[attachmentid=10195214]

And this was with dual SIM, 2nd SIM being Celcom. Speedtest on the same maxis SIM: -

[attachmentid=10195215]

So I don’t think a second SIM should slow down the data speed of your first SIM.

I just tested again. This is my test with single sim (Digi)

This is my speed test again after I insert in a 2nd sim (Yoodo)

Mine it's really bad. 😭

And taken out again, have another speed test.

but could not fetch much i think... anyhow, my Xs lasted two days before i charge, so the power pack just not so useful, just saw the integration is good, tempted to buy and try lol

For a XS to last two days is pretty good. Lots of people complaining theirs can hardly last for a day, and battery health less than 100% even just after one or two months of ownership.

Ya, yours looks like very drastic difference. I think as a last resort before bringing it to a service centre you can try to reset and restore it first and see if it helps.

Well lucky me then mine can easily last 2 days with moderate usage. But i charge it every night at 50+ % ( supposedly the best way for battery conservation) also battery life still at 100% for me now after 3 months. biggrin.gif

Xs Max. Using the Crashguard/Dbrand combo. Downside to the crashguard is that it's quite slippery and it's insanely difficult to remove. Other than that, everything seems to be fine.

Don't like the solidsuit/any case that covers the whole back...especially since I have a phone skin at the back. Added layer and what not.

Have used Rhinoshield since the early days. Gotta say they've only been improving since.

If you don't mind a full body case, might wanna look into the Grip V2 (Dbrand). Interesting design and customisation option

My Battery level is 100% after 5 months of usage though.

I’ve tried having a clean empty phone on ios12.1.4 thinking that it will solve the issue. But no, still persist.
T&L hasn’t reply my email regarding this warranty yet.

Some clarifications on Maxis e-Sim as of today. Customers can only apply eSim if you do not have multi-sim package. The eSim is for single-sim package for now. They are still sorting out some technical issues (whatever it is) and will release "multi-sim eSim" in coming 1-2 weeks.

I am using Xs Max and opt for esim from Maxis. One way to save $ is to use Hotlink FLEX postpaid starting RM30(unlimited call/smm and 1GB), or choose other options with higher data. I put Digi RM80 plan at RM58 on Kedah offer(for a year) where Digi gives 10GB+10GB + 30GB youtube and unlimited call. So I have more than enough call and data most of the places I pay total at RM88(cheaper than the cheapest MOP at RM98). Happy with the speed and iOS UI.

However, I do face new issue with my Max, the 3D touch too sensitive, kick off everytime I swype regardless on Gboard or iOS original keyboard and on multi-apps.

Anyway has 3D touch issue with Xs Max?

Ok.. do update here after you've gotten a reply from T&L. I bought mine from them too and am curious to find out more about their after sales service.

Hi, is it true if we use fast charger, will degrade battery faster? I realised phone will be warmer if using fast charging compared to normal 5w or iPad’s 10w charger.

Theoretically yes, because heat is one of the factors that will degrade your battery faster. It's also why Apple gives us 5W chargers - to help us preserve our battery longer laugh.gif

For 5V-2.4A = 12W and 5V-3A = 18W charger with stock cable the result are the same.
No matter how in the end still degrade your battery health.

Unless you learn from Attw bro.. he always use with mcdodo or Baseus cables come with auto disconnected functionality.
Once it is fully charged and stop the current supply.

I thought our device will cut the power itself when the intended capacity ia achieved? How will it auto disconnect it? Means once full, it’ll stop charging and no lighting icon on our battery icon?
