Dear all,

Want to ask if anyone got experience using the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 phone. I just bought one as second phone and have the following problems

1. Screen frozen when the drop down slide menu 'automatically' self opening. The menu just appear without warning and freeze the screen. Like there is a trojan virus inside it or something.

2. Advertisements suddenly appear on the screen. I mean a full screen and sometimes small size google advertisement.

Anyone know how to fix these please let me know. Thanks
