Hi ...guys,

Any idea Myvi 1.3 change engine mouting how much?

There is one shop quote me price for Schmaco Engine Mouting Kit - Rm500 all in.

I saw ori to be about that price and OEM RM264

Changing I think less than 2 hour finished last time on my car (4 mounting points) but this only 3 mounting points.

I heard from someone that there is 3 points, but usually not necessary to change all.

See which one spoilt, just change that one only.

No. Just change all. If you changed only one, you will not know which of the other two are going to fail next. The rubber ages with time and become hardened and brittle, thus losing its elastic property. It will not absorb vibration as good as new. Save yourself from trouble for multiple labor and time wasted in workshop.

well...a foreman told me normally only one point spoilt, so just change one were do.

I think I will ask the foreman to check all 3 point for me and see which one need to change.

Change all 3 you notice the difference in your car plus the mechanic may make a mistake and you have to go back again. The engine rattling noises will be gone.

the foreman recommend me to change second hand point, one only cost 100 with installation.

if new mouting, how much ? one set in 3 point?
