QUOTE(Boy96 @ Feb 12 2019, 10:10 AM) Started doing this also ever since kena buttseked on NSE. Driver behind thought i was slowing down as per normal so he didnt put much effort in braking/continued to play phone. So bangg.. The worrying part is when the car behind ours does not do the same, and when it kena buttsexed it might kiss our butt too. |

QUOTE(msacras @ Feb 12 2019, 02:17 AM) Roadblock or not, he had enough time to see the congested cars ahead and brake accordingly, noob driver/car spotted. Other cars ok slowing down for the roadblock. only that idiot failed coz due own imcompetency/ego. its such idiots who will cause other innocent drivers lives in the future. |

QUOTE(MR_alien @ Feb 12 2019, 09:33 AM) more like certain ppl are cheap, they only want to use cheap part because they though it makes no difference For me, it is not about brake pad. Braking distance is not about brake pad alone. It is combination of other factor like car weight, tires, etc.started using ceramic brake pad on my saga BLM and noticed a significant braking power increase 10 years ago from thn on, i only use ceramic brake pad if possible although it cost more than half of the normal brake pad my current car also i'll use aftermarket brake pad that has a higher temperature rating...they do grip when needed Ceramic pad is not for people who drive in city and travel short distance. Ceramic pad last longer because ceramic does not easily heat up and more durable material, but too cold brake pad also not good at braking. Therefore, in general for everyday use, normal semi-metallic brake pad is most effective. Ceramic pad usually will not reach optimum temperature for normal average drivers in general. |

For this, usually just use Waze, can see the traffic jam infront. 500m or more before the traffic starts to halt, already turn on hazard light and slow the car down |

QUOTE(shinkawa @ Feb 12 2019, 11:33 AM) nobody will know the roads well.. Whats up front might be stalled cars/ accident sites/ flood/ road diversion for maintenance. Drivers must always be on alert even though he used the same road for 100, 1000 or 10000 times. This post has been edited by alanyuppie: Feb 12 2019, 10:38 AM |

QUOTE(ihm11 @ Feb 12 2019, 01:58 AM) U think polis bodo ah? The roadblock was further ahead. That sohai drove too fast until can't stop in time. Usually got polis patrolling while observing the condition of traffic at the back and will instruct the guys at the roadblock to let go car faster to relief traffic. |

Drivers must always be on alert even though he used the same road for 100, 1000 or 10000 times. 9 years on MRR2 daily to work, i always slow down or leave huge space at accident prone area. If i have clear view of the road in front then i'll fly. As you know MRR2 will have random jam exactly like in the video. Saw few time close call, people swerve to the left making brake marks. I just smile. This post has been edited by shinkawa: Feb 12 2019, 11:02 AM |
