For the X70 owner, just to check and confirm. I got the premium version last week and I've observed that a petrol full tank Ron 97, can only last me less than 400km with really normal drive - non ECO mode.

This is my second week testing with another full Ron97 fuel tank. What's your average total KM per / full tank ? Just want to confirm if nothing is wrong with the tank as I've checked there's no leaking so far before i get Proton to check again.

thanks guys !

There another guy driving 1.7ton suv asking for axia Fc...
Maybe you didn't notice, only few people here really talking about Fc because at c segment suv there almost no Fc to talk about unless it equip new tech engine and transmission.

And.
That was a design weakness, and I believe that people who leak was drive fast or what, cause something hit the fuel tank then cause the leak. (so far I know 1 people leak. Any widespread?)

Thanks Guys...for the info. Just wanted to be certain as i read somewhere the full tank can goes around 600km. Guess that wasnt accurate and probably promotional gimmick.
*
You can get better fc as you break-in the engine and transmission. But it just a little better... Just ignore... LoL

FC nothing to do with the engine size la. Its all about how the engine is tuned .

This x70 has even worse FC than my A45. Enough said..

1.5t surely will better then current old 1.8t. Need to wait and see how better it was, and not just marketing gimmick

Then question to Proton why they marketing it as EEV! False advertising!
*
Actually. That should ask our gorv as they approved that eev... LoL?

mazda cx5 curb weight is only 1,550kg
proton x70 curb weight almost 1,800kg

so no need to argue fc between both cars. anyway i dont really care about fc.
*
LOL
When people talk fc. They forget the car segement, weight, engine/gearbox tech.
That's why can, see a lot people comparing X70 to Myvi, aruz, saga.... Lmao.

I think people who buy that price range suv won't really care fc. (maybe not all, but most)

wa  i never know x70 is so heavy oh.
1.8 tebu dragging all this weight~ pro &con la..

u drive suv then fuel should never be the primary factor la, mau jimat then go for hybrid car.

when will mazda launch the sky-activ-X, the so called no turbo but can generate turbo powah~!
*
Can't deny that skyactive really suprime engine

serious tho

i do agree P2 win hands-on for budget EEV car

but when argue with pipul

at the end, RV and FC are their main argument

spec vs price vs safety semua di abaikan  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif
*
Yes. Me serious too.
Safety mostly people doest care when using car.
Like using cheapo Tyre speeding.if crash, blame gorv, blame other motorway user, blame car manufacturers.....

I plan forester before.. As it's have super high ground clearance(Malaysia alot animal crossing road) + chassis design have serious good cabin protection.
But the new 2019 Forrester with eyesight estimate 160k...

Thata why I keep my eyes on X70.

1.7-1.8ton weight have two issue I think, fc and will it roll over if get hit/fast cornering.
But if it park there... And motorcyclists hit it with 90+ I think will fully gg

personally

Aruz looks way better than our current out-dated Alza

even with the minor change to the alza, still looks cramped.
*
Make it 7 seater was a failure. It's size not suitable for that job.
But if don't carry people, that's serious of space....

that is the limit for a small turbo engine to have power as bigger displacement engine.
it is good on FC if driving sedately but worst fc for another style of driving.
*
Yep. Power and fc quite hard to balance.
Like 1.0t or 1.3t. If drive smoothly without keeping the turbo kick in.. Fc good. If keep right leg... Turbo keep kick in gg fc
