Omega-3 fatty acids, for example, help build and repair brain cells, and antioxidants reduce cellular stress and inflammation, which are linked to brain aging and neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease.

Example of supplement for Omega-3 will be fish oil (but to choose from small fish in deep sea to reduce heavy metal content), antioxidants will be OPC-3, Curcumin also good in maintain brain health.

i just try my best to drink veggie juice: carrot, cucumber and celery because this juice is complete with all the nutrients. if i drink after one week, my skin will definitely be beautiful. =)

i am now taking a supplement called lutein which i find it good since i don't have astigmatism after eating it. drinking carrot juice also helps with my eyesight but i have to consume a lot until my skin becomes yellow colour.

For brain, will be omega 3, protein and b complex.
yes, we know good fish oil will help in brain health.
Protein is basic nutrition we should consume daily, as all of our body cells is build from protien.
B complex is required, as our whole body system required b complex for nutrition transmission.

Not sure about the physical strength part, but if you are talking about brain health then omega 3 that is higher in DHA content is good. Gingko can be a good choice as well to help with the blood circulation and overall memory of the brain.
