What is the process? Does my bf still have to go back to JB to submit the thing for objection?

If you want to do it outside, yes.

If you do at the temple, no.

Temple, allows 2 people from different state to get married with very little hassle.

If you want to "invite" the JPN officer out to conduct the ROM on a private premise, you and your bf will need to register in their respective states first.

You guys should start planning for this at least 2 to 3 months before the actual date, the officer not always free to layan you .

And make sure you ask for one that can speak proper (wtv language) you speak .

Well, you can cheat. Go to JPN first and change the IC address to both same address in KL or wtv and then submit the application .

For registration at JPN i think its rm100, for outside is RM300 (plus tip) if memory serves.

At the temple is Rm100 i believe.
