i have seen some of these 300k places leasehold all no problem. BUT... in a few years its gonna go down the drain or it already has. maintenance tarak. paint all lusuh. neighbors dunno how to keep clean. cat shit here there.
you stay alot condo also sometimes lidis, apa lagi 300k mia flat. deswai when buy property for your own stay... want condo with rich pipur or landed semid in guarded taman. |
