Not many cainis here, but there are a few kopitiam, e.g. near the pasar.

There is one famous kopitiam called Yut Loy (悦来茶室.) but it sells halal food. It's said that Perak royal famiy buys pau from there.

I tapau beef balls and pork balls from there last month and brought back to KL

Another good choice is dry curry noodle
Many kopitiam sells dry curry noodle. You can find some near the pasar.
