thanks to our competitors (especially from Lowyat Plaza) who keep complaint idealtech dump the selling price at this forum and make the distributor to stop supply us few years ago.
luckily we change the strategy to sell at SRP but give full years warranty, then only get to buy our own shop.

but maybe you dono we put in ryzen 5 2600 in monthly promotion pc , it still cheapest in town

bossku, every shops focus on different business, we focus on pc building, Lowyat shops are focus on retail business. can just buy from them if their price cheap.
but ryzen 5 2600 special price i think will end soon, later u see many shops back to old price.

oh u went to pandan indah before right? that is terrible parking problem.
that's why we moved to new place. no issue with parking but need to pay coupon.

i read a FB Review before, a malay guy came to shop, straight away come in front of me , asking we got seling gaming seat or not.
i was stunned for few seconds just realized he is asking for gaming chair then i terus reply oh tak ada, tak ada. then he smile and going out.
in the review he said he got rude treatment at our shop.

We have 6 Malay staffs and 4 Chinese staffs in the shop. I never saw my staffs scold the customers,
I see the customers not happy and went out after they been told dust cleaning / free checking only for our customers PC ;
9900K must bundle with motherboard or build rig only ; PC rebates only for full rigs; non our customers PC can't get delid/ OC service..

TS, actually what's wrong if idealtech doing legal business, earning every year and buy our own building for the business har?
