your bad experience of the shop may not reflect the company values. the owner also i believe want the best for their customers. problem is when business expands, u hire more workers and for such gig part time jobs, no matter how u expect them to be, they still carry the malaysian work attitude/ethics with i-dun-give-a-fark care rm1000 celery mindset. increase their pay to rm3000 for 5 star service? then forget bout doing biznes.
all small enterprise sure have this problem 1 ma. maybe in the end dealing with boss himself when not expanded so much will be a happier experience and cheaper from all the added-in overhead, etc costs, but he how to handle the volume?
No wonder IdealTech mahal, u see the money goes?
