usually these businesses, once they expand become very big, then their customer service starts to deteriorate, every shop also the same one, it doesnt matter how friendly the boss is, cos at the beginning, when they are still small, you are directly dealing wif the boss himself, the boss will do everything, layan customers, pack stocks and go ship them, thats why u get good service at first

then once they expanded, the boss himself will not be handling all these stuffs ledi, instead he will hire part time SPM grads to handle the sales n customer service, so now u are actually dealing with these part-timers, they dont give a fark about being nice to customers cos they are getting a rather low pay and tidak apa attitude hence all they care about is the salary at the end of the month, if there is alot of customers, they will work at normal pace and wont work twice the pace for the same pay
