Response=CS. Gud response, ppl wont go say langsi. Even repeat words like "tarak2" n way of saying it will look like giving bad CS. Want gud review, treat all customer gud la. Some customer can b ahole, but u still need to gib gud treatment..that is wot CS all about..Itu pon nk kna xplain ka?
