Nver hab exp with idealtech, but i got wit lingloong a.k.a dotatech. kinda langsi. Don bother goin there and ask for product suggestion, they'll go masam mukak treat u like bodo. I remember i got treated like dat by 1 of the C staff. Weirdly the M staff is ok tho..
Yep agreed. Spent like 4-5k there. Gud CS, no masam mukak.
Bought a case n mobo there. Will do more business with dem. Rly like my recent exp with dem. Nice guy, rly like sembang2 bout cases.
Generally all ppl want when buy pc parts are just gud CS n cheap price. bcos RMA, better got gud CS. Going cheap price =/= poorfag lol. Rich ppl if don like langsi will still reject such treatment. Poorfag also got buying power la. Pc parts can cincai2 go rm3k ez.
Ayam a poorfag tho. I usually pick cheap price as priority, but if shop got langsi treatment, i don hesitate to go other shop with a bit more xpensive price.
Response=CS. Gud response, ppl wont go say langsi. Even repeat words like "tarak2" n way of saying it will look like giving bad CS. Want gud review, treat all customer gud la. Some customer can b ahole, but u still need to gib gud treatment..that is wot CS all about..Itu pon nk kna xplain ka?
