I built a pc from them, they courier to me.

Just few months ago, pc cant start, I check with them said still within warranty. So they arrange courier to pick up from me, then found out is SSD spoilt, RMA and settle everything and courier me back.

Price not cheap, but I like this kind of services, save me trouble if I were to DIY to find the problem myself.

edit: dont have to pay anything.
