I have been dealing and buying through all type of pc related things from as early as late 80's till now. At that time it was Imbi plaza especially at lower ground floor..you will meet various type of shop/people..some doesnt give customer much attention( which some categorised as "lansi")..some simply wanna "sembelih" you the minute they saw you approach their outlet while some will reach out and guide/help you with your purchase no matter what is the RM amount involved.

Sometime, even if the things you bought are cheap, still doesnt mean you get the best value out of it, for e.g warranty..

For idealtech, I have browse through their products for ever since as long as I can remember but I never bought any from them even thoughI didsometime contqct them to enquire..Lansi? I dont know, never did encountered any attitude problem (yet)..yeah certain items are not cheaper that what other can offer but in my case I just buy at place wherein my personal view fits my budget or satisfy me

The bottom line is, it is your own hard money and if you dont like the way you've been treated, just walk away and go to other place.
