I did mine at Eyelab Optical, in Subang Jaya opposite INTI College, same row as McDonald's. That was back in Nov 2016.

I wanted a basic specs with photochromic lenses back then, budget RM500-700. Then, the optician recommended me to upgrade since I used PC a lot. Cost more, about RM1300 in total, but since I could claim  some amount from company, I upgraded.

That amount included:
- frame and lenses (left eye: astigmatism 100 & right eye: myopia 350)
- photochromic lenses (become sunglasses fast when exposed to UV/sunglight)
- blue light filter (blue light is bad for eyes. Read more here )
- RelaxSee by Nikon (relieve eyestrain due to long hours of reading/computer work)

Till today, I'm still wearing the same specs (Feb 2019); still in good condition, 2 years 2 months later, & extremely comfortable. I can wear specs and do work whole day without getting dizzy or having dry, painful eyes. It just feels natural and comfortable. My eyesight maintains the same reading; didn't increase in astigmatism or myopia.

I never regret that purchase decision. If I wanna change specs next time, I'll go back to the same optician.
