My HMZ-T3W head-mounted display wouldn't start...There's no light coming from the battery pack.

Do I need to disassemble the battery pack to replace the Li-ion battery?

Sony has discontinued this device for quite a while...What should I do?

Are there any places in KL where I can send for repair?

The T3's visor permanently hooked to a battery pack with an HDMI port and gets its power from the MHL port

No light when I attach the MHL port for charging and the visor wouldn't start.

I believe that the built-in battery's dead...can Sony do something about it if I bring it to their store?

i suspect it is the connection to the set top box. try pulling out the cable a little and try with various insertion depth.
