 Are dupe accounts now allowed?

I don't know if mod = empire23 ever said such a thing; poster implies that mod/admin condone dupes.

However I notice dupes are running wild in Kopitiam and no discernible action is taken against dupes.

Are dupe accounts now allowed? If yes, can the official rules pls be amended accordingly.

There are lots of valid reasons for you to have a second account. Merely having a second account will not warrant a ban. However the same rules apply to every account - break the rules and you might earn a suspension or a ban.
