 Consume enough daily nutrition intake, What will happen?

Look up the Internet and I could find all sort of info on what happen if you don't consume enough daily nutri intake. Things like higher risk of disease, low immune system, blablabla...

Now my question, is what happen if you really consume enough daily nutri intake? Is ur life going to extend greater compare to those who don't have enough daily intake? Any evidence that you e can reduce the number or impact of illness when we are old? How do enough nutri intake helps to prevent disease?

Everyone can cite nutritional studies but when it comes to these sorts of things it's best to test it yourself. Personally, I'm not a fan of fruits and veges since I was a kid but ever since I've turned vegetarian last year and started consuming a lot more fibre, vitamins and minerals I found myself having more energy, less incidence of common colds, better skin, etc.
