Yes. I did mine last year. Mine was myPhD. I am not sure whether myMaster can claim thesis allowance or not. Here's what you need:

1. Senate Letter from your university as a proof that you already passed your viva AND has made amendment to your thesis.

2. Receipt of thesis payment

3. Thesis Allowance Form (Borang Bantuan Thesis) that you can print from MyBrain15 website

4. a copy of your bank account

5. A copy of your thesis (hard bound)

After you already did the steps above, you can send those documents to MyBrain15 office at Putrajaya.

Usually it will take 2-3 months for them to process and credit money into your bank account. I sent mine early July and they credited money into my bank account by the end of September (almost 3 months).
