Lel,ada masa complaint xda masa improve service.as if they complaint and complaint they can get payung from gov. Bodoh piang.. go to a mirror and self reflect see what else you can do to make ppl perception on taxi better ,and the worst thing is,they charge too much and doesn't even wanna take customer if the distance is short or worst they don't use meter by claiming they rugi.
