To grab users, who cares what the driver is wearing.
As long as I can get to my destination without issues... Who cares what they wear.
Same like my working place, who cares what my employee wear as long as my employee deliver the work.

Grab's guideline stated clearly to wear proper attire, long pants and shoes is a must.

So the amoi is clearly in the wrong.
